Congratulations to Faustine Faccin on being awarded a PhD in Computer Science by the University of Lorraine for her thesis entitled: ‘Integration of clinical and physiological modalities derived from the ECG for the diagnosis of sleep apnoea using machine learning’.

Modelling a bio-inspired architecture for Joint Action in human-robot interaction

This research project aims at studying the dynamics of Joint Action (JA) in human-robot interaction (HRI) through mathematical modeling, simulations, multi-scale signal processing and prototyping.

Faustine Faccin will work on clinical information fusion in a neural network for optimizing diagnostic performance in sleep apnea syndromer (in collaboration with Noviga). Supervisors: el Hadi Dermoune, Laurent Bougrain and Pauline Guyot.
